Integral Employment has a unified, orderly screening process used to find perfect well-rounded workers.
STEP 1 | Phone Interview
We begin our process by speaking with possible candidates on the phone. A full interview is conducted touching on topics such as previous experience, job satisfaction, career aspirations, long and short-term goals, strengths, and weaknesses.
STEP 2 | In-Person Interview
Those who pass our initial character and workforce criteria test undergo face-to-face interviews with our skilled recruiters. Our recruiters are trained to ask the right questions to best understand the candidate.
STEP 3 | Application Form
Following the in-person interview, the recruitment process begins with each candidate filling out an application form. Within this form, questions regarding eligibility to work, past employment, advantages, disadvantages, time availability, and references are asked.
STEP 4 | Reference Check
Each reference is contacted over the phone as well as via email. Over the phone, we ask questions involving the advantages and disadvantages of the candidate and any previous experiences working with said candidate.
STEP 5 | Criminal Record Check
All candidates are requested to provide us with a valid background check to ensure there is a clean criminal record. Integral Employment will not employ any candidate with a criminal background.
STEP 6 | Evaluation: Physical & Mental
Each candidate is tested physically to ensure that they are able to work in fields that are physically demanding. Each candidate also completes a 200-question Personality Test to help us determine a perfect match with the company.
STEP 7 | In-House Training
We ensure the individual is WHMIS certified (and if they are not, we provide the training). At this stage we do a wide variety of tests according to the job type the individual is interested in and skilled in. Tests range from software and typing skills to equipment knowledge and heavy machinery licensing.
STEP 8 | Ready For Placement
Once we are satisfied with an individual, we add the candidate to our database. All candidates are put on a strict 3-month probationary period upon hiring and are quickly weeded out if their initial placement provides less than satisfactory results.
